  • Payment and transaction history: Transaction references, bank settlement confirmations, and payment channel metadata (note: raw payment card details are securely tokenized and handled directly by PCI-DSS certified gateway Paystack; Newsom never stores card numbers or CVVs).
  • Telemetry and GPS: For vehicle security, recovery, and driver dispatch coordination, fleet vehicles are monitored via secure GPS tracking.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is utilized solely to process reservations, verify renter eligibility, assign vetted drivers, dispatch automated booking and trip notifications, and satisfy statutory tax and insurance obligations. We do not sell or monetize client personal data to third parties under any circumstance.

All user credentials, database records, and session tokens are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access to sensitive driver and customer documents is restricted to authorized personnel via role-based security controls.
